monday's blues

this morning i woke up early .
5am . three people call me this morning to wake me up . err!!!
agak sedikit menjengkelkan untuk angkat telefon kepada 3 orang berbeza untuk kejutkan aku.
thx tho . but next time no thx ok ..

my friend just come back from a trip in tganu .
" i bit tanned is not a problem . it makes me look more masculine "
not for me .
when i was a kid . always merayau in the afternoon . when i came back home . ummi always delay openning the door .
"ummi ingat india mane tadi "

for Unisel student . selamat kembali study .
jgn stress . don say the word "stress" . always purify your intentions and work hard

Either insomnia, especially waking in the early hours of the morning, or oversleeping (also known as hypersomnia).

Irritability or restlessness.
Feeling agitated, restless, or on edge. Your tolerance level is low; everything and everyone gets on your nerves.

Loss of energy.
Feeling fatigued, sluggish, and physically drained. Your whole body may feel heavy, and even small tasks are exhausting or take longer to complete.

Self-loathing.
Strong feelings of worthlessness or guilt. You harshly criticize yourself for perceived faults and mistakes.

Concentration problems.
Trouble focusing, making decisions, or remembering things.

Unexplained aches and pains.
An increase in physical complaints such as headaches, back pain, aching muscles, and stomach pain.

we do not realise that sometime people close to use are having some degree of depression .
having some or all the symptms .

or

sometimes they just mmg "pendiam"

hehe


take care of your family . ask them how they are doing .
their lifestyle . their study or work .
show that your care for them

always pray for them

im sick of the rules made by the society to justify things they do or dont .
these rules that make us think twice to do the right thing.
these rules constrict ourself of exploring new possibilities
these rules prove that we are cowards

bunyi cermin pecah

suara orang nangis

ada orang tinggikan suara . jerit2 marah2


aku keluar .
dah ada barang2 kat luar umah dia . nangis teresak2 berjalan perlahan ke kereta dia

aku tgk dengan simpati . tnya umah sebelah kenape
naik kereta . pi kelas

tapi selalu dalam keseronokan membalas wall post mmber , mendapat notification yg byk (dan menjengkelkan) , dan comment pada post and pictures . kengkadang kita lupa

selalu aja kita membuka aib teman2 dan keluarga . memporak perandakan persahabatan . dan melepaskan geram dan marah

selalu aja nmpk benda nie
" ish!! bengang gile dengan dia!!! ..nk aje aku terajang dia "

hm . kurangkan fb . lebih kan social interaction . build up your PR .
